You may cancel your NKStudio subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until that date.
NKStudio operates on a monthly subscription basis. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at nkstudio@studio.za and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
Our Free plan is available indefinitely with no payment required and no cancellation needed.
